Keep your Polymer Clay Earrings looking brand new by storing them in a clean, dry area, durable, and isolated container. Keep them away from other jewelry/sharp objects to avoid surface scratches. Avoid getting them wet, and keep them away from chemicals and makeup. Do not shower with or swim with polymer clay earrings. Avoid exposing earrings to chemicals, solvents, perfume, lotions, jewelry cleaners, aerosol products, extreme heat, or extended sunlight as these could damage your pieces.
If your pieces need to be cleaned, wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth, microfiber works great!
Each pair of earrings is carefully and uniquely hand-made and may show slight imperfections and/or slight variations in color from the pictures shown. No two pairs are ever "identical" which makes each pair unique!
Polymer Clay is a porous material and can scuff easily, especially the light colors. If you find there are marks that don't come off you can use a small amount of rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad and wipe sparingly to remove the mark - however, do not do this on beads or earrings which have metallic leaf or hand-painted detailing as alcohol will affect the varnish which protects the leaf and may even remove it.
Unfortunately, I can not be responsible for what happens to your package once it has been passed off to the post office and/or it is in your possession.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that I am a team of one. You will receive an email when your order has been dropped off to be shipped!

As of now, Nazareth Creations only ships to the United States. I am located in the midwest so shipping times will depend on your location in proximity to the midwest. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

All shipping costs and time-frame estimations will be made available at checkout. If you need to make changes to your order email me ASAP. Orders can not be adjusted once they have been dropped off at the post office.
You will have access to a tracking number once your package has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Once you have your tracking number, visit usps.com to track your package.
Once your package is dropped off at USPS I am no longer liable for any sort of damage that your package endures. However, if your package does arrive damaged, please email me as soon as possible at nazarethcreations98@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition, and if possible we will work towards a satisfactory solution.
